Payment Arrangements
We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover card, Debit Cards, and cash. Following verification of
insurance benefits, we submit insurance claims as a courtesy for
all patients on the date of service. We are able to estimate
coverage, however any amount not covered by insurance is the
responsibility of the patient. Payment arrangements and interest-
free financing are also available at the time of your visit. |
